October 2026 Calendar & plans

A rebuilt calendar, meetings in Outlook, and a Solo plan

  • Calendar rebuilt: the week view is now seven labelled day strips starting on Monday. Drag your own events to move them, change their length or create one. The month grid shows each day’s hours and events in a thin bar under the date.
  • Meetings written into Outlook: new Outlook connections can add confirmed meetings to your Outlook calendar, not only read it.
  • Public holidays: on Team boards, each person’s row shows their country’s national public holidays.
  • Bookings in one place: a Bookings list with Waiting for approval, Upcoming and Past. When you cancel, decline or ask for a new time, the guest’s email can include your note and times they can pick in one tap.
  • Your calendar, your choice: each booking link can follow the connected calendars you choose, or offer only the hours you set.
  • Plans: Solo is on sale, and Team is also offered at one flat monthly price for up to 25 people. Every plan gets a personal booking page.
September 2026 Booking & meetings

Booking links that ask first, and meetings that reach everyone

  • Approval on booking links: a link can require your approval, so a guest’s pick arrives as a request you approve or decline.
  • More choice for guests: one booking link can offer several meeting lengths, and guest emails arrive in English, Spanish, French or Vietnamese.
  • Your bookings: one screen lists the bookings you received under Upcoming, Past and Cancelled, and you can cancel one or ask the guest to pick a new time.
  • Confirmed meetings reach every attendee: once you schedule a meeting, each attendee gets it in their calendar if they allowed it, or as an emailed invite.
  • Shift schedules leave the app: a published shift schedule can be downloaded as a calendar file, a spreadsheet or a printable roster.
August 2026 Privacy & operations

Reachable privacy settings, join requests, and a fairness-first demo

  • Publish mode reachable from settings: the control that decides whether synced events publish to a board is now editable where you would look for it, and automation levels are validated on save rather than silently falling back.
  • Locked entry mode surfaced: groups that cannot be joined without approval now say so in settings, instead of the state existing only in the database.
  • Join requests in Review: a live toolbar badge and a dedicated tab, so a request to join your group stops sitting unseen.
  • The signed-out demo shows fairness: it used to be a timezone board with no rotation. It now demonstrates the thing the product is actually for.
  • Operator tooling: a tier-grant script and a read-only ops snapshot, so support questions get answered without direct database access.
July 2026 Sync, billing & mobile

Cross-member calendar publishing, team polls, and store billing

  • Your synced events reach your team: events from your connected calendar publish to the shared board at the visibility you chose (Team and above), and disconnecting a calendar unpublishes them again rather than leaving stale copies behind.
  • Team Poll: proposals can now run in poll mode where members add their own candidate times, not just vote on yours. The send screen shows the impact of each option before it goes out, and a single time sends directly without a vote.
  • The stacked event lane: everyone’s events on one local-time axis in the board footer, so overlap is visible without reading four rows separately.
  • iOS and Android store billing: Play Billing wired end to end, Apple app-site association served, plus a QR connect flow and a printable invite flyer for getting a team onto a board in person.
  • Billing correctness: the Stripe webhook now drives organisation subscription status directly, and organisation entitlements can be revoked. Several trial and tier-mapping defects were fixed in the same window, including one where a no-card trial granted the wrong plan.
  • Legal reachable in-app: the privacy policy and terms are linked from inside the product, not only from the marketing site.
June 2026 Review Center & onboarding

The Review Center rebuild, sandbox onboarding, and quota sync

  • Review Center rebuilt: an urgent strip that answers “deal with these first” across every source, single-tap RSVP on short proposals, a real snooze so “not ready yet” is not a premature decline, and privacy chips cut from five to three (All / Needs approval / Done).
  • Try it before it is yours: first run and empty accounts now open an isolated sandbox board. Signing in discards the sandbox by default and offers a one-time import, so nothing you were experimenting with silently becomes real data.
  • Onboarding: a skippable calendar-connect step, and step two now sets your working hours with the same drag picker and city search used everywhere else.
  • Find Times: create straight from a scheduled slot, clearer reachability and quality colouring, and solo mode for ranking one person’s own availability.
  • Quota and coverage: real team sync for shift assignment, plus fixes to adding coverage types and mobile alignment.
  • Groups: a per-group calendar-sharing toggle, a privacy-norm indicator on the Groups button, and Add-a-teammate split from Invite so the two stop being confused for each other.
  • Localisation: the top surfaces now ship in Spanish, Vietnamese and French, and “board” became “group” throughout the interface.
May 2026 Privacy & tiers

Privacy groups, tier consolidation, Android prep

  • Privacy groups + invites: bundle members into named groups (“Leadership”, “Contractors”, “All hands”), set visibility once per group, invite new members by email with inherited visibility from day one. Production-readiness hardening on the invite flow shipped alongside this release.
  • Tiers consolidated: the plan lineup was simplified so each tier maps to a clear job. Earlier Personal-tier customers were carried over at no extra cost.
  • One-click email unsubscribe: List-Unsubscribe + RFC 8058 one-click POST header on bulk transactional mail, for clean bulk-sender compliance.
  • Realtime catch-up: reconnect now actually re-subscribes; pending events flush through catch-up consumers without manual page reload.
  • Android groundwork: Play Billing wiring, Digital Asset Links, signing config, and store-listing assets staged for first Play Store submission.
