Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?

Yes. Upgrade instantly, downgrade at the end of your billing cycle. No penalties, no hidden fees.

What happens if I add seats mid-cycle?

New seats are charged prorated to the end of your current cycle. Removing a seat credits the unused days against your next invoice, and we do not penalise you for adding.
